Mengji Intelligent’s Phase II Plant Officially Commissioned, Annual Production Capacity Rises by 50%

Hunan Mengji Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. held the commissioning ceremony for its Phase II plant in Shaoyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. This marks a leapfrog upgrade in the company’s production capacity and technical strength in the manufacturing of high-end intelligent machine tools.

With a total investment of 300 million RMB, the Phase II project covers a land area of 2.87 hectares and a construction area of 46,000 square meters. It consists of one modern workshop building, equipped with six sets of high-end intelligent production lines and one national-standard product testing center.

The plant mainly serves high-end manufacturing sectors including aerospace, new energy vehicles and precision molds.

After commissioning, the company’s annual production capacity will increase by 50%. It has formed a complete product portfolio covering four major series and more than 56 models, which will further strengthen industrial chain synergy with strategic partners. Company officials stated that the Phase II plant will focus on import substitution of high-end CNC machine tools. The company will continue to invest over 6 million RMB in research and development every year to drive technological innovation. It will deliver more efficient and precise machining solutions for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in central China, and contribute to the high-quality development of China’s domestic high-end equipment manufacturing sector.
