This simultaneous 5-axis movement allows the cutting tool to maintain a constant, optimal orientation to the workpiece surface. This capability is transformative, enabling the production of complex, sculpted surfaces, the machining of deep cavities with shorter, more rigid tools, and the completion of parts in a single setup, which eliminates cumulative errors and drastically reduces overall production time.
